    • Detailed background information will be gathered by questionnaire prior to the consultation to maximise the use of face-to-face time.

  • 90 Day Total Health and Nutrition Package
    • 12 Weekly face to face sessions including ifestyle and diet consultation and fitness activity.

    • I can offer general presentations and seminars about healthy living to your business or club or tailored presentations about specific aspects of lifestyle, diet or fitness

    • I will review your cafe, pub or restaurant menu and provide recommendations for specific diets (gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegan etc)
  • Personal Shopping
    • I will accompany you while shopping for food and provide advice about reading labels, avoiding unhealthy foods, additives and allergens and how to improve ‘real’ food choices and shop efficiently and economically for better health
